I requested a quote after normal working hours for brakes, rotors and sensors for my wife's Q7 . I didn't expect a response until the next day. Parker responded to my requests a short time later. I received the quote as promised the next morning. A day later EZ - Brakes was at our home making the necessary repairs. Couldn't be happier with the service, communication and most importantly the fair price. This is a family run business. They take a lot of pride in their work. Highly recommended.
