Ok....This was too easy....Taking the windshield replacement model and putting it to work on brake system repairs was ingenious. After emailing Parker back and forth about my son's 440i, I decided to go to the local dealership. I wasted almost 2 hours dealing with all the drama of getting there, checking in, awaiting the service advisor and finally getting the car in for estimates. Just to analyze the brake issue would be 249.00. To look at the brakes? Oh my! So back to my laptop I went to say "Let's do it" to Parker. He was on-time, with the proper parts. He and his crew were professionally dressed, took care of the surroundings to ensure no mess would be in the work area, ie. brake fluid etc... Simply put, at 30% less than the dealer would charge, with personal attention to the vehicle and an outstanding job none the less. I was so happy that I tipped them generously, sent them on their way with Smoked Brisket and Armadillo eggs (was making a meal for an Eagle Scout project going on at the same time). Awesome job guys! Not to mention upon talking to them, they were Eagle Scouts as well. That says a lot of their character! I recommend EZ-Brakes at the highest level. Only advice I would give them would be to remain the way they are. Don't get too big or lose the personal touch. You have a service that is unbeatable the way you do it! Your communication was top notch and I can't say enough on how satisfied I am! THANK YOU!
