So easy!! They came to my house and fixed my brakes. I didn't have to drive anywhere or sit around and wait anywhere either. They looked at front and back brakes and let me know that the front were fine for another 4000 to 5000 miles but I did need the back. I really appreciated this as I don't know much about cars and I would have fallen for whatever they told me. The whole thing only took about an hour and it was under $200 :)

Saved me $300 from previous brake inspection quote at Purrfect auto in Tustin. I have been going there for years trusting them and got a quote for 4 pads and rotors. Parker and Chase did a great job in replacing my front and rear brakes and even replenishing my brake fluid making my car feel like it did coming out of the lot. They were the first business to respond when I needed a quote and were very responsive and communicative throughout the whole appointment. They even walked me through step by step what they were doing and how it would help the brakes moving forward long term. Their prices were very reasonable all at the comfort of my own apartment and without the hassle of driving to the shop. Would recommend working with Parker and Chase again if I need my brake pads and rotors replaced the next time.
