EZ Brakes did my wife's car at her work. She was impressed with the speed so she called me and asked I wanted her to ask them if they could come do mine at home. They arrived right away, quickly assessed my brakes, showed me the pads and rotors, had the parts delivered from their distributor within 45 minutes, and finished the job in about 2 hours. I don't think it could have been any easier. This was awesome! I don't know why anyone wouldn't prefer this company when they need brake work, they're great!

I appreciate the work they have done on my car at Meineke needed brakes and rotors done while at Pep boy's on Harbor st in Fulerton, CA and they would of known if they weren't more worried about just selling me tires. They were supposed to have checked all around all four rotors and found out later not only my rotors were bad just a couple of weeks later, but I could of put myself, and others on the highway in complete danger . The noise I was hearing was my rotors gone bad. Thanks AMODO for great thorough check and actually test driving my car to actually hear what I was hearing as I was decelerating to a slower speed. Job was well done.

My car needed brakes pretty badly. Of course, I put it off until the longest possible - since my only option was my trusty VW mechanic guy who wanted me to drop my car off on Friday "for the weekend" - and pick it up Monday. Which means I'm out of my car for a whole weekend. Not really feasible. The rear brakes got to the point where I could hear a unnerving grinding noise when I would brake - which would subsequently make me change my driving habits in that I would brake earlier than usual in an attempt to "baby" whatever's left of my brakes - inadvertently pissing off other drivers around me since I would start to apply brake pressure well before getting to a light. I started to look on Yelp for a brake service closer to work, and while searching specifically for services that opened later in the evening, I came across EZ Brakes - Mobile Brake Service. I was intrigued - a mobile brake service? That's convenient if it's true. I started to skim the reviews... all five star reviews - which for any other business is a good sign - but for a relatively newer business, and as someone who has been on Yelp practically forever - I started to get suspicious. Really? All these stellar five star reviews? Not one bad or subpar review? Admittedly I wasn't sold until I remembered a few years back when I was looking for a smog check business and also stumbled across a Yelp page of a business that had similarly five-star reviews from relatively new accounts. I gave that business a shot anyway, and quickly realized that those reviews were most likely legitimate. Since I knew work had a complicated parking situation, I met Parker at a place more convenient to the both of us - and he got to work right away on my rear brakes. Service was prompt and quick - and the work was done in a little over an hour and a half. The whole time he comfortably made conversation while I waited for the rear brake pads to be replaced. When it was time to pay, the total came up much higher than the quote I had received - but I figured it was the cost of just getting the rear pads removed (instead of all four), and completed the payment. Driving away, I was happy that my brakes didn't make that grinding noise anymore, and I was left content. A few hours later, Parker sent me an email admitting that he may have mistakenly overcharged me and that he would be processing a partial refund to address the overcharge. Overall, a honest and professional business run by Parker and family. I'm all for supporting locally owned businesses (instead of being ripped off by dealerships) - and they come to your work or home! Prompt and efficient service - need to reach out to him now to get my front pads replaced.

By far the most convenient, professional, and honest car service I have ever had. These guys know what they are doing and they do it so quickly too. Definitely bookmarking their business for any future brake services needs. The previous reviews are true, you won't regret picking them to replace your brakes.

Parker and Chase just left. What to say? Easy experience and very professional. I called Wednesday, they checked in this morning as they were running early from their prior appointment and they were in and out within an hour. The brothers were efficient, hospitable (my three kids and I hung out and chatted), and were knowledgeable about their craft. Best part, they come to you. We didn't have to shuttle three car seats out of the van into the other vehicle or sit for hours at a service center on their schedule. I am a proponent of supporting local, family-owned and operated businesses and these guys deserve a call if you're looking for brake service.

I took my daughter's VW Beetle to the dealer for a full inspection before she took the car away to college. They gave me a quote to get the rear brake pads replaced that I thought was way too high. I found EZ-Brake through through Yelp and Parker gave me a quick quote that was less than half of the dealer's estimate. We set up an appointment and Parker and his brother showed up on time and did the job right in my driveway in about 30 minutes. There were no surprises or up-selling from this team. Test drove the car and the brakes work perfectly. Great experience overall!

These guys are the best! They came to my workplace and did my brakes while I was working. Extremely convenient and hassle free. Quick response time with an accurate estimate. They were able to give me same day service within a couple of hours after inquiring. Job was done in about an hour. Excellent customer service. I will definitely use them again and recommend them. Thanks guys!

These guys are great, accommodating, and knowledgeable! I wasn't sure if I had issues with my front brakes or back brakes, but asked them to quote me for all the scenarios including rotor replacement. They gave me 3 quotes assuming worst case scenarios and it was price very reasonably. After they arrived and inspected everything, they were upfront about the condition of my brakes and told me I still had some thickness which meant they were fine and so were the rotors. I still asked for the brake pads to be replaced. Continue reading if you want to know why and it will also explain why I think they're knowledgeable. To start, I've been having issues with squeaky brakes since they were changed at a different shop over a year ago. The owner of the shop waited until they replaced everything to tell me squeaking was normal for most performance brake pads and it would only squeak in the morning. I didn't think anything of it because it was my second brake change with them (no issues the first time). A few weeks went by with no squeaking so I figured everything was fine. But then it got worse and worse so I thought he sold me some cheap brake pads. Took it to another shop for an inspection and the owner of that shop told me brakes should never squeak. After inspecting it, he was dumbfounded and told me my brakes were good brakes (I was not lied to) and still very thick so all he did was surfaced the rotors a little in case that was the culprit. After hearing that I felt more relieved, but the squeak came back the next day. For a few months it would come and go, so I ignored it until recently when it just became worse. It even squeaked at crawling speeds and it was embarrassing. After explaining my problem to EZ Brake, they told me the original shop gave me metallic brake pads without even inspecting it. Also told me it wasn't a bad thing but they tend to squeak, which was why they use ceramic brake pads. It was an easy diagnose and they were absolutely right. The second shop I took it to couldn't even figure that out after inspecting it.
