After hearing a noise when braking, I contacted EZ Brakes to set up an appointment. I was able to schedule an appointment for the following morning. Parker followed up with a text to confirm. He showed up at my house on time, quickly assessed the situation and provided a fair estimate. He replaced the pads and rotors quickly and performed a test drive to verify all was good. This transaction could not have been more efficient, friendly or convenient!! Will definitely use EZ Brakes again!
