This company is fantastic! The guys who work here are so nice and down to earth. I know nothing about cars, but they were able to help me with my breaks. In the middle of covid it was amazing to have someone come to me instead of going to a shop. They wore a mask whenever we were in contact and was very perfessional. They were even early!!! The communication was awesome. They let me know that they were running early and kept me in contact every step of the way. When the problem ended up being bigger then we thought they gave me a new quote on the spot! As a woman I often feel like I am being taken advantage of or talked down to, not with these guys. They were up front with their pricing and didn't try to over sell me. They showed me the old parts and the new parts and I felt satisfied. I will be using them from now on. Hands down has to be the best type of service out there. This review is dated for March 18th of 21. I called Thursday morning to get general idea of what it would cost to have my brake pads redone and check on travel of break, they gave me a general quote which was extremely fair for driving out to my unit. So I asked him if they can come out at the earliest convenience which was same day. After checking, no brake pads needed to be replaced but needed a major bleeding of brakes. Very professional, efficient group of people. Very pleased with the services and will definitely return for any additional vehicles. Extremely recommended for this area. One review that did bug me was someone complained about being charged $150 for them to drive out and say everything is fine, nobody does work for free, and the driving to your house is a huge blessing in these time and they still have to pay for their own gas, so remember that if you're going to have work done, there has to be a charge somewhere. Even in a break shop they will automatically charge you just to look at the vehicle regardless. Unless you have a warranty. So Thank You EZ-Brakes, I greatly appreciate your service. This review comes literally after driving my vehicle around and seeing a significant improvement from where I was at before

Will be a repeat customer. Highly recommend. Great service. I called they came to my house the same day. It took less than an hour to do both front and rear brakes. Their prices are affordable & customer service was great. 5 stars!!

I needed new brakes on demand because my rotors were heard grinding and scraping. I went to shops but they asked me to come the next day. I couldn’t wait. At this point I was desperate to stop driving and to find the closest, available, and cheapest shop near me. My rotors were done! I called EZ Brakes not knowing they were a mobile service. Keep in mind I was nearly stranded at this point, trying to find a closer shop. They quoted me with a price extremely affordable for me and squeezed me into their schedule. Amazing service, amazing price, with an awesome time slot before they got to me. They got the job done within 30 minutes and I was back on the road with brand new rotors, brakes, and silent rotors! These guys are great. Fast. Good communication. Family business so they care about their customers. They even went beyond what I asked and tried to help me with another part of my car I had an issue with. They will go above and beyond to explain their products and be fair about their price. EZ'ly the best experience I have had with a Car Mechanic! Called them up Sat morning around 10, got the apt. scheduled for the same day at 2. They showed up on time and were done in less than an hr. Replaced front brakes, rotors and sensor on my BMW 528i. Great service and there are no hidden fees. The whole experience was FANTASTIC from start to finish!! Way to GO EZ Brakes!! :)
