Excellent service!!

This was my first time trying mobile service and it was a great experience. Very responsive team and they quickly got enough info to provide a quote for pad/rotor replacement. Chase was my technician and he showed up right on time and was great about answering my questions on whether all the rotors needed to be replaced right now. Even saved me some money by deferring front rotor replacement for a bit. These folks did a great job and I would definitely recommend using them.

Parker with EZ Brakes was once again professional and thorough. He checked the brake fluid on both my wife's Honda CRV and on my Honda Civic along with the brakes for both vehicles. He let me know what the condition of the brake fluid was for the Honda Civic, let me know what his price was for flushing and replacing the brake fluid and he let me know that it was preventive work. Just like the first time EZ Brakes did work for me, there was no pressure to purchase any services this second time around, I was plainly told what the situation was and left with making the choice to have parts replaced or a service done. I again appreciate that EZ Brakes comes to the customer to do their work and I also appreciate that they give me a discount for being a military veteran. Also, EZ Brakes answers the phone when I call in, even if it is to simply ask questions about previous work done. That is a strong positive in my mind for a business, to answer phone calls from previous customers or potentially new ones.
