On time, great communication, and a hassle-free transaction. They don't try to over complicate the services they provide, and are completely honest and transparent with how they conduct business. Best of all they do the work right there in front of your home, so it's not like they're in the back of a garage that's off limits to you. I enjoyed speaking with the guys who came out to do the work, and seeing them put it all together right in front of you means you know they're doing a great job. Of course you don't want to be the backseat driver, but it's fun to watch (even learn) how they do what they do.

Awesome, honest, great communication, fast service, reasonable and competitive pricing and they came to my house!!! With OEM parts. They showed me all the parts that came off my car so I could see they did indeed need to be replaced, etc. Grateful for their help and we'll use them again.

This is a great business!! They responded really quickly to my request and came out to do my brakes this morning. They were extremely professional and finished in 30 minutes! The price is super reasonable and the process could not have been more convenient. I don't think I've ever had such a smooth and easy experience having work done on my vehicles. What a great business model and an incredible family business! This saved me so much time and I get to support a local business. They come to you, wherever you are and are based in the Orange County/Irvine area. I would HIGHLY recommend their service time and time again. Very personable, responsive, efficient (quick but no "mickey-mouse" work around here), honest and great work. Reasonably price for high quality work and customer service.

Excellent work! Had front & back pads replaced on my 2009 Corolla and 2007 Tahoe front pads, all done with no issues. Correctly done the first time. If you want a convenient way to have brake pads and rotors done, this is the way to do it. Saves time! Highly recommended! Keep up the great work, very honest and reliable!

These people aren't the cheapest, but the service is 100% worth the cost. You will get convenience, quality, and honesty. There are no hidden fees and upselling with EZ Brakes.
