I live in Tampa FL. My sister lives in Laguna Woods and suffers for a communication disability. She had just completed some routine services on her 2005 Lexus including new front brake pads. When she went to drive the car the next morning her BRAKE light was on and the pedal "felt all wrong." She called me in a panic. I went on-line, found EZ-Brakes and spoke with a senior person there. He arranged for one of his teams to be on-site first thing the next morning. Checking the car they noted that the light was on, but found no other problem. They patiently explained to my sister that it's normal for the pedal to feel different with new pads and that on her older model car, sometimes the light appeared after a job and had to be re-set manually. Then they took the car for a test drive, re-set the sensor, thanked her for her business and drove away. No charge. Just like that. This company is a class act.
